The Uncanny Post
Community guidelines
Dreams can be strange, funny, intimate or difficult. Make room for the person telling the story.

Ask before interpreting
Speak from your own experience. Honor “just sharing,” discussion preferences and requests to stop. Offer an interpretation only when invited, use tentative wording and accept disagreement. Do not diagnose, prescribe, predict events or insist that a dream reveals someone’s identity, motives, guilt or health.
Respect privacy and ownership
Share only content you own or have permission to use. Remove other people’s identifying details. Do not repost someone else’s dream or a Circle conversation without permission. A disturbing dream is not itself evidence of intent or wrongdoing.
Keep people safe
No targeted harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, scams, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate material, or encouragement of self-harm or violence. Use care with distressing topics and avoid gratuitous graphic detail. Lawful personal writing about difficult experiences is welcome.
Use the service honestly
No spam, malicious links, malware, abusive automation, access evasion or falsified beta records. Honest criticism, useful accounts of blocked tests and good-faith reports are welcome. Never share credentials or try to access another person’s private records.
Report or limit an interaction
Use Report on a community post and provide a short, concrete reason. Use Block to limit interaction with a member. Reports & blocks lists your relevant reports and blocked accounts. Reports are visible to the reporter and appropriate moderators. Site administrators handle community reports; relevant Circle moderators can review reports and hide Circle posts.
How we respond
We may remove content, limit features or restrict access for material violations, fraud, threats, legal requirements or operational necessity. Where feasible, we explain and offer an opportunity to remedy or appeal. Immediate protection may sometimes be necessary. Use the review control in Account notices when offered, or contact Support. Beta tracking disputes and pauses also have controls in Tester Studio.
