If a dream or reading feels upsetting

You do not have to find a meaning immediately. Close the reading, leave the entry on hold, or return when you want to. A frightening scene or an AI suggestion is not evidence that an event will happen or that another person has done something.

Immediate danger or crisis

Report an interaction

Use Report on the relevant community post when available; it preserves the context for review. Use Block to limit interaction. If those controls are unavailable or the concern is broader, use private Support. Include the post link and what happened without reposting harmful or identifying material publicly.

Moderation may need context and follow-up. We do not promise continuous monitoring or an immediate outcome.

Protect your account and private writing

Use a unique password and keep recovery information private. If you lose access, use the account recovery controls or email us from an address we can reply to. On a shared device, sign out when finished and consider whether downloaded journal files are accessible to other people.

To report a suspected security defect, describe the minimum steps needed to reproduce it. Stop if you encounter somebody else's data; do not download it, explore further or include it in a screenshot.

Share on your terms

You can use a display name and remove names, workplaces, addresses or other identifying details before posting. Ask permission before sharing somebody else's account. A Circle limits the intended audience but cannot prevent a reader from keeping a copy.

Choose whether you want interpretation, conversation or simply to be heard. You can change your mind about participating.

Correct an interpretation or source

Use the reading's fit and correction controls for an interpretation that does not fit. For an inaccurate public statement, send its page link, the specific sentence and a relevant reference through Feedback. You do not need to include your complete dream.
